Yes, Elämys is an Official Hospitality Sales Agent of On Location for the sale of Milano Cortina 2026 Official Hospitality Products. Elämys has been an On Location Sales Agent since 2022. Before the Paris Games, Elämys was the Authorized Ticket Reseller for Olympic tickets from 2016 until 2022.

Customers from anywhere in the world are allowed to buy official hospitality tickets and packages from Elämys.

Official Hospitality Packages, provided by On Location, the Official Hospitality Provider of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, offer an elevated way to experience the Winter Olympics.

Packages include:

You can buy normal stand-alone tickets to the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 through the official organizer's website https://tickets.milanocortina2026.org. Normal stand-alone tickets for most events are sold out now. There are resell-tickets available to some events and hospitality tickets available to some events from On Location. Elämys has it’s own hospitality ticket inventory, which means Elämys has availability to some sessions that are sold out elsewhere.

The tickets for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 will be delivered digitally. They will be available in the official mobile app and will be delivered within 24 hours after the purchase has been made.

For purchases for next day’s events, the tickets are delivered within 12 hours after the purchase.

For purchases to same day’s events, the tickets are delivered within 4 hours after the purchase.

Tickets will be delivered to the purchaser, who can transfer the tickets to other end users via the application

We cannot guarantee specific seat locations, but the best available seats are always allocated, and tickets bought together are seated together if possible. Tickets are sold by category.

Travel package payment and cancellation policies: 50% advance payment 7 days after booking, final payment 3 months before departure. All payments are non-refundable.

Tickey only: 100% payment at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable and can't be returned.

If you’ve booked ticket only, you can transfer your ticket once to a new end user. Reselling the ticket is not allowed.

For travel packages you can change the passenger names for a name change fee of 30€ + any fees from Airlines/Hotels/other suppliers.
